Hammer mill pulverizer for spices and herbs is used to grind spices and seasonings into powder for food, condiment, flavoring or industrial production.

2. Working principle:
Spices are crushed into powder very quickly under the relative movement of the high speed rotating blades. Then the crushed powder will be sucked to the cyclone separator by the centrifugal force, and the dust will be filtrated and collected by the cloth bag in the dust collecting box. You can replace different sieves to get different output sizes as per your materials.
Hammer mill pulverizer can grind oily materials whose oil content is less than 10~20%.
The temperature inside the crushing chamber and pipes is less than 30 degrees under normal continuous production, which can keep the original color and taste of raw materials.
